Budget 2023 Live Updates: Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a number of changes in the income tax slabs in the new tax regime. तुम्हारी आँखें क्यों सब कुछ बोल देती हैं, क्यों हर राज को यूँ  खोल देती हैं, बार-बार नाराज हो जाती हों मुझसे तुम, फिर हो जाती हो कहीं गुम, एक पल लगता है की तुम्हें खो दिया, और ये सोच कर मैं बौहत बार रो दिया, पर कितनी खूबसूरत है तुम्हारी वो मुस्कान, जिसमें तुम लगती हो बौहत नादान। हमारी बाते क्या दीन और क्या राते, और सायद तुम थक गई थी डॉट खाते-खाते, सोचता हूँ ईश्वर ने तुम्हें क्या खूब तरासा है, जिस वजह से तुम्हारे दिल में सबके लिए दिलासा है, कई ख्वाब रखी हो , कई जवाब रखी हो; दुनिया का तुम जिक्र करती हो, कभी अपनी  फिक्र करती हो, Cute तो हो ही तुम, पर ना जाने तुम मानती क्यों नहीं, सबके बारे मे जानती हो,अपने बारे में जानती क्यों नहीं, क्यों तुम्हारी आँखें सब कुछ बोल देती हैं, और क्यों आखिर क्यों हर राज को खोल देती हैं।।।                                                     -Harsh singh this is for my love as a gift
