मन और मैं भावनाएँ बह रही थीं, मन में तो मैं कहाँ ठहरी थी? मैं भी तो उनके संग गोते ही लगा रही थी। इस छोर से उस छोर तक। जाने कहाँ नहीं लेकर गयी ये चंचल मन। एक पल के लिए, मैं सोची मन का इतना विचरण, सही नहीं। बुद्धिजीवियों ने भी कहा है- जिसने मन पर काबू पा लिया, समझो उसने संपूर्ण जगत को जीत लिया। इन्हीं ख्यालों के साथ, मैंने भी मन को वश में करने की ठानी। पर मन कहाँ ठहरने वाली थी, वो तो ठहरी, जल सी अविरल गतिशील जैसे हो समय। फिर मैंने सोचा, क्यूँ ना भावनाओं पर ही अंकुश लगा दूँ। तब मन ने साथ नहीं दिया मेरा अौर हार गयी मैं, ये पकड़म-पकड़ाई। अंततः मैंने यह निर्णय लिया। इन भावनाओं को शब्दों में पिरो कर एक सुंदर रचना रच डालूँ। इन्हें भी स्थायित्व मिल जाएगा और मन को दो पल का सुकून। इस बार शब्दों का साथ न मिला और भागती रही मैं उन्हीं भावनाओं के पीछे। #Dil_से_Anything Hearts Database

मन और मैं

भावनाएँ बह रही थीं, मन में

मैं भी तो उनके संग

एक सुंदर रचना रच डालूँ।
इन्हें भी स्थायित्व मिल जाएगा
