I laugh when I'm with my friends, saying and doing all silly things, with my heart completely unlocked, the thoughts and feelings slide out with so much ease, with no judgemental vibes they are blocked. I laugh whenever I'm with my kids having fun and the child in me is at play, it's always so refreshing, leaving the 'adult me' aside & thinking & doing things their way. I laugh at myself when every now & then, reading or listening to something, brings tears to my eyes, excess of everything is bad, being too emotional is bad too, for it you always have to pay a big price.
