Promised a friend neva gonna,
do anything that would jeopardize or tear her 
family apart, I shall always be praying you from far,
afterall we just weren&#039;t supposed to be together,
darkly funny, we weren&#039;t bad people,
just bad for each other and this is not to get to her,
but an insight into how destiny can trip wire,
I feel sorry, have swam across the ocean,
of guilt, I couldn&#039;t even express,
cuz the moment I tried I was a mess,
life was already a kevlar vest,
with a million bullet holes that I had no choice,
but to keep making sure, that my deltoids,
heal from the crash landing saved by steroids,
it was hard, wish I knew some other way to,
bring closure, I am a person who has learnt,
everything the hard way, I&#039;ve beena falling asteroid,
For all the times, I wish I knew, still carrying,
the wounds like haemorrhoids, 
I had got myself into a position,
where even an honest disposition lost its,
narrative, can&#039;t change any of what happened,
but I stuck to what I Promised,
nothing never was easy for me,
And today I wish God Bless You externally,
I Gotta Keep Going Unapologetically,
in terms of me, cuz it&#039;s hard for one&#039;s conscience,
when you happen to hurt the one you care about,
so I gotta keep going, I can&#039;t turn around,
but just know, None of what happened,
I really ever meant it...

the signs were always visible

I am shook, but I stood,
by my side, Kael--oo--hood,
Finally Akhil Kael forming a close brotherhood,
within myself n got a 2 bro&#039;s,
one lost me once I won&#039;t let him lose me twice,
I sworn to him holding up my conscience uptight,
back in this fight as I write,
I just can&#039;t force how I write,
 I am driven by emotion so I dive,
even if it means to float like this leaf dried,
these waves I ride, 
I ride along winds, I go against storms,
livin on the edge is a lifestyle,
you gotta be able to switch your comfort off,
and take a walk down for a mile to write off,
any room for anyone to be taken for,
granted, I do it my own way,
because when I make my way,,
back to what I have, keeps me grounded,
so I keep lifting, those dumbells,
 to knock myself out, didn&#039;t hear no bell,
well that&#039;s how I keep myself 
under humble spells,

The last rap was a slap back,
to my mind that still seems hacked,
HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY,
BUT DOES IT ENSURES LIFE&#039;S CERTAINITY,

the last rap was a throwback,
on panic attacks and crippling effects,
HONESTLY, THAT&#039;S WHERE I BOUNCE BACK,
FROM IN MY REALITY,

but I have taught myself to contain it&#039;s aftermath,
because I AM NOT GONNA GO BACK TO THAT,
THAT&#039;S NOT A PROMISE BUT,
A STATEMENT.....

BECAUSE I AM DONE BRINGING IT&#039;S
CAUSE AND EFFECT,
IN REAL BECAUSE WHEN FILTERED,
THROUGH THE OPINION OF OTHERS,
I HAVE BEEN TAGGED AS A SYMPATHY SEEKER,
LITTLE DID THEY KNOW I AM A TRUTH SEEKER,
AND I AM WILLING TO GO DOWN THIS ROAD,
AND MAKE IT THROUGH,
BECAUSE I AM ON A MISSION,
I AM NOT ALONE, 
I AM DOING THIS FOR YOU,
YES YOU WHO&#039;S THINKING OF ENDING IT,
DON&#039;T YOU QUIT I&#039;LL WALK YOU THROUGH,

Every time I feel like sharing my truth,
I can&#039;t, instead it triggers,
the traumatic response may be understood
by few, but I feel like being chewed,
and I don&#039;t want to be abused again,
I have been denied the
reality of my experience,
a million times,
that I find myself living in 
altered realities, makes sense?
in my final saga of self defence,
from letting the traumas,
stress fire miss fire,
through these broken boundaries,
I am trying to fix,
letting wrong ones in,
pushing right ones out,
I am putting this fight for the last time,
I don&#039;t want to keep fighting these,
suicidal thoughts and their voices,
echoing back in my head,
trying to get the best of me,
or mocking me of what I have become,
smile for the world,
is the safest way to live,
DEAR GOD, YOU EITHER TAKE MY
LIFE OR CONTINUE GIVING ME 
THE STRENGTH TO FIGHT,
JUST KEEP SHOWERING YOUR
BLESSINGS ON ME,
SO EVEN MY TEARS ARE WASHED AWAY, 
AS WHEN I FIND MYSELF,
PANICKING, SHAKING,
THESE MOMENTS ARE THE SCARIEST,
BECAUSE THE ENEMY IS IN MY MIND,
AT A WAR WITH MYSELF,
NOT SELFISH TO TAKE MY OWN LIFE,
JUST HOW MANY TIMES,
YOU WANT ME TO EXAMPLIFY...

I gotta few peeps to prove right,
who have been standing by my side,
I gotta creeps IN HUNDREDS to prove wrong,
even if it means using blood soaked wipes,
to dry my sword, I have sworn to continue my fight,
till I die, till the last breath of my life,
Till I get it right, Till I make the demons blind,
and then have them diced,
More than that I gotta prove it to myself,
who the hell am I?
because I have seen it in the moments I almost died,
when I chose to condense the rage n act brave,
((WELL COURAGE IS THE ONLY VIRTUE YOU CAN&#039;T FAKE,))
yea put that in brackets,
So does that mean I just gotta continue to mate,
Death and keep giving it a check mate?
why can&#039;t I live normal, but what&#039;s normal?
 don&#039;tcha know what bitter pills of fate I ate,
now I am just sharpening my skills like blades,
to put myself through a rampage,
Turn the page? Not yet! I am a barricade,
between the stones anyone throwing at me,
Ruptured Anatomy yet walking like a Gallantry,
because My Addiction To Suffering,
keeps haunting me back and I have learnt it,
the hard way, none showed me a way,
And now I Swear To delete Misery and it&#039;s Synonyms,
from my Dictionary, because if I can survive them,
I AM DESTINED TO SHINE OVER THEM,
