I took a ride after rain Roads looked bright without stain Streets looked neat and clean And nothing looked mundane Sanitized seemed corners, as if Washed again and again and again As the dogs taught puppies Lessons to guard their favouraite lanes I heard some giggles and laughs From nests of silly talks and jokes insane And completed buildings that twinkled Looked lovely and seemed warm again Though vehicles on road , seemed empty and lame Fresh constructions looked like child who recombed hair again Busy with my observations, insanely sane To make it sense, it drizzled again I patted my arm and reminded myself As the streets dry, all this shall change again.
