"गर्व करो कि तुम ब्राह्मण हो" "गर्व करो कि तुम क्षत्रिय हो" इस तरह के पोस्ट आप ज़रूर पढ़ रहे होंगे. आपने अपने आसपास बहुत सी गाड़ियों पे "पंडित", "गुर्जर", "राजपूत" या "जाट" लिखा देखा होगा. हमारे समाज में लोगों को अपने पंडित या क्षत्रिय होने पे बहुत गर्व और अभिमान है जो काफ़ी हास्यास्पद है. क्या आप बता सकते हैं कि आपके पंडित होने में आपका क्या योगदान है या फिर आपकी क्या उपलब्धि है? आपने ऐसा कौन सा काम किया जिसकी वजह से आप पंडित हुए ? आपके पंडित या आपके राजपूत होने में बस आपकी किस्मत का हाथ है. जो थोड़ी बहुत मेहनत की गयी वो आपके माँ बाप द्वारा की गयी जिसके फलस्वरूप आपका जन्म उनके यहाँ हुआ और आपको उनकी जाति मिल गयी. वही जाति जो आपके माँ बाप को उनके माँ बाप से मिली थी. इसलिए आपका अपनी जाति पे घमंड करना काफ़ी बेवकूफी भरा काम लगता है. कुछ लड़के अपनी बाइक पे "daddy's gift या "mama's gift" लिखा के घूमते हैं. ऐसे लड़के कम से कम ईमानदार तो हैं जो सच लिख रहे हैं. आप भी उनकी तरह अपनी गाड़ियों पे ईमानदारी से लिखवा लीजिए " My caste is Rajput and it is my daddy's gift". अगर ऐसा नहीं कर सकते तो कुछ मेहनत कीजिए, कुछ कर के दिखलाइए और फिर गर्व से अपनी गाड़ियों पे अपनी उपलब्धि लिख के घूमिए. जैसा कि हम देखते ही हैं कुछ गाड़ियों पे लिखा होता है "वकील", "प्रेस", "विधायक", "IAS", ARMY इत्यादि. #Caste #Dalit #Castesystem #Reservation

Are the "Backward caste" people less capable than the so called "General" commoners? Quite often, the cover page of the newspaper states 'A girl from a very poor family tops the exam ' The reservation system only shows the weakness and fragility of the backward caste people instead of making them realise they are stronger and more capable than the Generals let alone the abundance of hardships in life making them more industrious and true strugglers. The differentiation of castes may not be of much importance after ending this system which does nothing but differentiate people and make "castes" more prominent in the society #Aarakshan Caste and reservation system-INDIA
