The Poetic Megha

Staring at the moon , I sat. They asked , What are you looking at ? Radiance , I said . Radiance ? they said. Look at the moon , I said . Look at its grace. The grace you talk about , Why don't we see the trace ? We're looking at the moon, they said . All we see is a mass, of something which looks like a glass. But doesn't even have its light , and that only appears at night. Is this the grace , you talk about ? You look at the high, but you're thinking as a low. Yes, it comes at dark, but isn't that its spark ? Even with the borrowed light , Have you seen how fine and bright ? We borrow and we keep , It borrows and it shares its brightness with the stars in the air . If grace is not that act, then I dont know about that . ©The Poetic Megha moon #Poetry
