Close but yet so distant

But the focus will not stay

I want to reach out
And hold you forever
But seems like a force field

Why do I feel dejected when I do not see you in my mind's eye Know not how I am connected, why do I feel the pain when your heart aches? Is it love or something else? Know not why I crave something which I never desire. Why do I fancy moving away from reality to the paradise of my dreams though I know it is only for a while?
