Years ago I had said
Never would I stray
I had no desire

But when you left
I completely died
It was like theft

I lost my way

Unsplash What once was , is no more In just a few days it will be Christmas But it doesn't seem right without you Seeing you on the morning of presents Not having you here is something new Dinner is so tiring and inanimate now Yes there's turkey and stuffing and pie But if you're not here then it's bland I know I'm supposed to feel happy , but why? All the Christmas specials on television Remind me of days when we'd watch together Having you around made it more joyous But since you're not here then it's just - whatever!! White As diwali is a festival of lights so sorry i can't celebrate this festival because I love darkness. No , actually I'm obsessed of darkness. wait .... I mean to say darkness is obsessed of me , I'm not being negative neither spreading any kind of negative vibes . I'm just trying to convince myself to celebrate a festival of lights even being in the darkest phase of life , that's it .
