I hope that during the difficult seasons And storms of life,You remember The precious wisdom,That nothing lasts forever I hope you clutch onto the positive memories I hope you find meaning in the messiness And hope in what appears to be hopeless And on the days you feel alone and isolated I hope you understand ,That loneliness Is not a symptom of a lack of company But of a lack of being fully in touch with yourself Not of being unheard and unseen by others But being unable to fully see yourself  and your worth and magnificence And not being unappreciated by others But being unable to value yourself It is not something that can be mended or fixed By the love of others But through your self-love radiating outward And becoming infectious ,Towards all those who you meet Before being reflected back to you And that loneliness Is valuing another person’s company above your own And then feeling affected by their absence And loneliness Is prioritising other’s opinions of you above your own And time spent with others,Above time spent in solitude While true liberation comes from realising That you are not defined by,The empty words Or broken promises of others You are not limited by,The limitations others place on you Or the lack of love you received ,From those who didn’t love you back Your self-worth is not restricted by Those who are incapable of seeing your value And you never have to feel lonely Once you learn to truly appreciate your own company. ©purvarth #season
