'A' shift duty: I was in tenterhooks, nibbling the nail. Suddenly my name was announced to go inside to appear the interview. I could manage smile to look confident. Sitting on the chair and answering to the questions of the elite panel, I tried my best to impress and convince. With last smile, I returned without knowing the absolute outcome. So many questions questioned me inside my mind. I was all befuddled, before catching the train to my destined place. I reached at the desired station at 10.35pm and my friend was there to pick me up to the quarter. Taking the supper, I sat on my own chair and thought, 'if this time I wouldn't be able to come off with flying colours in that interview to join that renowned organization, I have to continue my job in the private plant with so much partiality with mere salary and my financial conditions will never improve, my dreams will mingle with dust and life will be all meaningless.' Emotions consumed my time and suddenly, the alarm clock chimed to show its puissance and looking at the time of 5.30 am on its bosom, I smiled and finished my morning work to enter the plant gate with helmet to attend my 'A' shift duty.
