I am standing on the terrace, when I hear a familiar tune coming from my neighbour's window, the lyrics arrive at the tip of my tongue but I gulp them down. This song takes me back to the memory of us- how our coffee used to run cold from all the conversations we had. It reminds me of the conversations we left unfinished, the stories we were too scared to write, the bridges we were afraid to burn, the mystery of not knowing where we were headed, the ending that none of us predicted.
