कल एक फैक्ट्री के बाहर से गुजर रहा था, संयोगवश वहां पर एक शिफ्ट में काम करने वाले लोगों की छुट्टी हो रही थी, उनमें से ज्यादा संख्या महिला कर्मियों की थी।ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे महिलाएं किसी को घेर कर खड़ी हों। निकट जाकर देखा तो एक समोसा बेचने वाला टोकरी में रखकर समोसे बेच रहा है और अधिकतर महिलाएं उससे समोसे खरीद रही है। फिर लगा कि चटोरा प्रवृति तो महिलाओं की है और समोसा बेचने वाला उनकी इस चटोरा प्रवृति को अपने व्यवसाय को बड़ाने में उपयोग कर रहा है। अदभुत! समोसा विक्रेता ज्यादा पढ़ा हुआ नहीं लग रहा था, लिहाजा उसके पास किसी संस्थान से प्रबंधन की डिग्री होना तो नितांत असंभव था। उस समय ऐसा लगा कि प्रबंधन के संस्थानो की उपयोगिता ही क्या है यदि एक अनपढ़ आदमी भी बेचने की कला से वाकिफ हो। "कच्चा बादाम" गाकर मूंगफली बेचने वाला आदमी रातों-रात यूट्यूब का स्टार बन जाता है। अश्लील लिखने वाला बड़ा लेखक बन जाता है। आजकल आप इंस्टाग्राम के या यूट्यूब के शॉर्ट्स देखिये। अच्छे घरों की महिलाएं अपनी नग्नता को बेच रही हैं। कभी क्रेडिट कार्ड बेचने वाला इंसान रॉकेट साइंस की चीजें बेचने लग जाता है। यहां तक कि हर धर्म के धर्म गुरु भी धर्म को बेचते हुए नजर आते हैं। यहां तो बेचने वालों में किसी में भी कला नजर नहीं आती है। क्या ऐसा नहीं लगता कि यहां पर बेचने वाले की कला से ज्यादा खरीदने वाले की इच्छा, प्रवृत्ति ज्यादा हावी है। प्रबंधन संस्थान वाले ज्यादा से ज्यादा क्या करते हैं, वह खरीदने वाले की इच्छा या प्रवृत्ति को पहचानने की क्षमता को विकसित करते हैं या एक इंसान को खरीदार बनने की क्षमता विकसित करते हैं। ©Kamlesh Kandpal #Management
