मन नहीं हल्का हुआ है आज, ये मेरी दूसरी डायरी है। These online school classes, tuitions etc have been really keeping us all busy at home. My nine year old gets school work, has to attempt tests which are sent in a timeslot discussed earlier. My elder one has doubt sessions. My hubby is working from home. I have my classes in the evenings. Then these diary entries, poems, and story recordings, my God! I just wonder how we would survive if we didn't have these gadgets and internet! Who said we are locked down, the whole world is at our tips and we are not at all isolated. I have come to know more peple due to these online classes. This is related to our mental curiosities and requirements, I am really feeling worse than before for being unable to walk as much as before. House chores do not suffice walking or workout on anyway. Now though many activities have been started as before my kids miss their outside play, friends very much. A video chat is only a mere substitute. Hope our city copes up soon so that some relaxation will be given. People will start work( small businesses) and eventually schools will reopen. Sai!- keep everyone safe. Let people recover from ill-health. Today was a sad day for many of us. We lost one of our greatest actors. Diaries need to document how we feel, the grief and vulnerabilities included. Today, as a fan of the one of the best hindi actors, I feel sad about the death of Mr. Irfan Khan. His movies are so heart touching. He was sick still acted to complete the movie 'Angrazi medium.' I really appreciate the artists' spirit, not to let any struggles in the way of their art. I read somewhere that the whole team was very co operative and it wasn't easy for Irfan to get along with cancer. Another person I admire is the New York Governer Mr. Andrew. Listening to his speeches, interviews is so illuminating. He talks about health, work and governance in sucha way that a common man like me will also understand. The best words of his which struck me are," keep all the differences aside and save the lives of people. Whether you don't like me or I don't like you, right now the situation is bigger than our egos, let's keep them aside and work for the country". It is not copy paste. I wrote it as I remembered, the jist is the same but. Life is so strange, but people stand up. They stand up for themselves and others. And why not! We should learn to if we don't, shouldn't we?
