Dear Worddiction It was with trepidation and invitaion by dear Shital Jindal that I entered this month long competition hosted by you. Anxious about my abilities, fearful about the tasks to come, apprehensive about the length of the competition, nervous about making a fool of myself, tense about the time that it would all entail and had butterflies in my stomach every day. But all these proved to be misgivings and fears allayed. Your tasks were all very well crafted with excitement built through

From very early on I loved being alone
But I am an Autophile was not known
I loved books since I was one
Biblophile I am was not known
Ever since I remember I loved to rest in bed
Term Clinophile for this was not known
Oh these words
I just love them

Dear All,
It was a dilemma for me which I'm trying to solve with ingenuity. The task was to write a letter to my favourite person.
But little do the administrators realize that like life it's not all black and white.
How can I say only you are my favourite when I am a fan of some or other thing in many of you.
Also when I say that you are my favourite doesn't make it a statement that only you are my favourite.
A letter to you, albeit as part of the task assigned in the competition, means that I want to acknowledge how fortunate I am to read your thoughts and admire your word play.
It means how much I admire you.
Your philosophy in life and your thought process, your beautiful outlook and your concerns all of which are evident in your writings.
So keep on writing like you do and keep on enthralling me and the world.

There was a time when 10 lemon juice (toffees) for 10 paisas made me feel on top of the world.
Then came a time when the thought of owning the entire collection of Tom and Jerry cartoon films and Charlie Chaplin and Laurel & Hardy films made me the happiest.
Time as is it's wont changed and even the sight of a girl made my heart go berserk, that was the happiest i thought anyone could be.
With advent of time being with my wife were the happiest moments I thought but again that perception changed and the happiest moments were had in the lap of nature.
But is this the happiest I can ever be , no the quest of real happiness i realize is still on.
With knowledge gained I realize true happiness lies in being compassionate towards all living beings, serving humanity and returning to the society a part of what I had received.
And till the time when I attain the ultimate happiness
i.e. Nirvana, I suppose this
is the happiest I will feel for
some time to come. ••Open For All••
