I brought a flower from my backyard and shredded its petals. Placed one on my mirror, another between pages of my diary and one behind the radio. I threw the rest like a whiff. Another evening, another thing to bring And it was a feather left behind I adorned it on my window sill. Many knocks and echoes returned but the way I saw those petals getting dried I remembered how a bird came, sit on the top of a pipe everyday, look upon me in silence and then flew away.
