TBH right now IDK what to write. The news of Shushant Singh Rajput greatly shook me. I wasn't a fan of him but one thing I knew, that he was a great actor. The word sucied has been ringing in my ears since then. This sad news has given us the lesson that we really need to ask ourselves the question whether the person sitting next to us is actually fine or not. A person dealing with depression tries to hide it ,u know y? Because we as society, as friends, as family don't give them the support to come up and speak. Somewhere we r lacking in this quality. Knowingly or unknowingly we do discourage them to speak up and comeforth with their problems. Pls don't do this. Let them know that u r there for them. Keep aside ur egos and for once talk. To the ppl facing this - Pls it's my humble request, speak up. Nobody will judge u . U matter. Ur life matters. Someone's happiness depends on u. U r unique. U r important. U r not alone. Stop crying at night in the dark while hugging ur pillow. It won't help but if u come forward and tell someone about what u r feeling it will make a great difference. #sucied #mentalHealth #depression
