One morning

Something I felt
Down on my calf

A baby raccoon - I laughed

He was so small
And was all alone
I talked to him

I thought maybe
He was a bit hungry
So I went inside

He ate a bit

A man came by
Walking with his dog

Last I seen him
Just a few steps away
Down to the park
I just hope he's okay
