**चुप रहना सीख लिया** हमने सहना सीख लिया, दर्द को दिल में रखना सीख लिया। कहते तो बात और बिगड़ जाती, इसलिए खामोशी का गहना सीख लिया। शब्दों से चोट और गहरी लगती, हर जुबां पर सवाल ठहरती। सच कहने की कीमत चुकानी पड़ी, इसलिए अब चुप्पी अपनानी पड़ी। आंसू जो गिरते थे खुलकर कभी, अब आंखों के कोने में छिपते हैं सभी। हंसी भी जैसे बहाना बन गई, खुद से ही बात करना आदत बन गई। चुप रहकर भी सब समझ जाते हैं, अंदर की हलचल को पढ़ जाते हैं। हमने बेशक खामोश रहना सीखा, पर हर दर्द ने कुछ नया सिखा। अब शिकायत नहीं, कोई गिला नहीं, दिल में बस सब्र का सिलसिला सही। शब्दों से ऊपर रिश्ते रखना सीख लिया, हमने सहना और चुप रहना सीख लिया। ©Writer Mamta Ambedkar #Her Kartik Aaryan Kalki
