۱۷ دسمبر ۲۰۱۹ء جب موجودہ چیف جسٹس کھوسہ صاحب نے ۲۰۱۷ اور ۲۰۱۸ میں نواز شریف مافیا کو سیسیلین مافیا قرار دیا اور نواز کو گاڈ فادر قرار دیا تو میرے پی ٹی آئی والے ساتھیوں نے کھوسہ صاحب کو ہیرو بنا دیا اور انکا دفاع کرنے لگے۔ میں خود عدالتِ عالیہ کے فیصلے کے دفاع میں پیش پیش رہا۔ میں کافی دن سوشل میڈیا سے دور رہا لیکن مجھے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ آرمی چیف کی مدتِ ملازمت میں توسیع کے سلسلے میں کیس جب چلا ہے تو انہی لوگوں نے جسٹس کھوسہ کے لئے غلط زبان استعمال کی ہے اور آج مشرف صاحب کے غداری کیس کے فیصلے کے بعد بھی ایسا ہی کچھ دکھائی دے رہا ہے۔ میرے خیال میں آرمی چیف کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع کے کیس کی ٹائمنگ غلط تھی البتہ کیس کا چلائے جانا بالکل درست تھا کیونکہ جس طرح ہر ادارے میں مدت ملازمت متعین ہے اسی طرح فوج کے سربراہ کی بھی مدت ملازمت کا تعین ہو جانا چاہیے۔۔ کیس اگر اگست میں چلا لیا جاتا تو آخری دن جلد بازی اور نااہلی کا مظاہرہ نہ ہوتا۔ اور مشرف صاحب کے کیس کا فیصلہ جلد بازی میں ہوا ہے اور مشرف پر غداری کا شک کرنا بھی ناجائز ہے اور یہ مقدمات بھی اسی ناقص آئین و قانون کے تحت بنے ہیں جسے ہر طاقتور شخص اپنے اپنے مفاد کے لئے استعمال کرتا آیا ہے مگر کیا اس وجہ سے کھوسہ صاحب کے خلاف ہو جانا درست ہو گا؟ کل تک جو شخص سب کی آنکھ کا تارا تھا آج وہ راستے کا کانٹا بن گیا ہے صرف اس لئے کہ اس کا فیصلہ ہمیں پسند نہیں آیا؟ اگر ایسا ہے تو نئے پاکستان اور پرانے پاکستان میں کیا فرق رہ جائے گا؟ اگر یہی کرنا ہے تو یہ کام تو پٹواری اور جیالے بھی کرتے تھے۔ ہم بھی یہی کام کر رہے ہیں! ہم میں اور اُن میں کیا فرق باقی رہ جائے گا؟ مدینہ کی ریاست بنانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔ تنقید ضرور کریں مگر اخلاقیات کا خیال رکھیں۔ اپیل کا حق بھی ابھی موجود ہے!
