પોતે તડકો વેઠીને ઊભું છે ચૂપચાપ,
અને બીજાને છાયાની હૂંફ આપે છે,
રહેવા-ખાવા ફૂલ અને ફળ આપે છે,
જીવવા માટે એ પૂરતો શ્વાસ આપે છે.

આવો પરોપકારી જીવ બીજો કયો?
જે નિઃસ્વાર્થ ભાવે બધું જ આપે છે.
સમગ્ર જીવન એ સેવા કરે છે બીજાની,
