Token Of Happiness It was a chilled December night and time was 12:30 A.M. Shabhana had a sigh of relief when she saw Prakhar entering the society gate from balcony. She opened the door when she heard the sound of lift reaching their floor . As soon as Prakhar entered the gate , he hugged Shabana . She was surprised by Prakhar's behavior and asked what happened and why he was so late . Prakhar sat on the drawing room Sofa and told her that today he received an email from one of the subscriber of their newsletter stating that he needed 95 days old newspaper hard copy . The requestor mentioned that he wants it as his wife is battling blood cancer. She solves the crossword puzzle in paper daily and he secretly cut the solved puzzle and paste it in a notebook. He wants to gift hundred cuttings of puzzle on her birthday, showing her how she fought with cancer all these days strongly and kept herself motivated . But unfortunately a 95 days previous newspaper cutting in diary was torn by his pet and now he needed that newsletter in Hard copy to put it there . Prakhar told that they don't keep more than 3 months older newsletter in hard copy . So Prakhar searched and finally found the soft copy of newspaper and answer of that crossword puzzle . Then he used his personal contacts in a printing press to print a copy of it and the solution of the puzzle. Finally he has sent it to that person by speed post so that he can gift the cutting to his wife . वो हमारी मोहब्बत बिल्कुल रमजान के महीने और दीवाली के जलते दिए जितना पाक, इस दुनिया के रीति रिवाज के सारे बंधनों को तोड़ जो एक प्यारा सा टुकड़ा बने बस वैसा ही हमारा प्यार, जहां बस जाति की दीवार नहीं हमारे धर्म ही अलग थे, लेकिन इन लोगो की बातों से उपर हमारा रिश्ता, गुजरो तुम मन्दिर के सामने से तो सर झुका लेना, और नवाज के वक़्त मै तुम्हारे लिए दुआ करूंगी, जहां दीवाली पे दीए तुम अपने घर जला लेना, और रोजे में तुम्हारे लिए मै सजदा कर दूंगी, वो दीवाली मै मेरे हाथो से थोड़ी मिठाई तुम खा लेना, और ईद में अपने हाथो से सेवईयां थोड़ी तुम खिला देना, दीवाली पे मेरे तोहफे तुम ले लेना और ईद पे ईदी तुम दे देना, मेरी होली पे थोड़ा गुलाल तुम मझे लगा देना और थोड़ा मै लगा दूंगी, अगर कोई रास्ते में भी अनजान लगा दे तो उसे भी लगा देना गुस्सा ना होना, और कुछ इसी तरह तुम हमारे रिश्ते को संजोए साथ चलना, मेरी नवरात्रि में फलहार के लिए शाम में आरती के बाद फल तुम काट देना , और तुम्हारे रोजे में सुबह सेहरी और शाम को इफ्तार मै बना दूंगी, और कन्या पूजन में बच्चो को खोयचा और प्रणाम तुम भी कर लेना , और तुम्हारे ईद में ईदी बच्चो को मै दे दूंगी, बस कुछ इसी तरह तुम हमारे रिश्ते संजोए रखना, वो मै पूजा करके प्रसाद तुम्हे दू तो तुम खा लेना, और आप तुम मस्जिद से तो तबरुख मै ले लूंगी, बस इसी तरह हमारे रिश्ते को रमजान के महीने और नवरात्रि सा पाक रखना हा हमारे रिश्ते में बेपनाह प्यार रखना ! ©Shivani SiNgh on request of friend #lovetaj

#NaPoWriMo Mirrors and pictures. The only avenues to ever look at yourself. Ever bothers you? That the only way to form a mental picture of yourself is to correlate with your mirror image, or a fake candid. Forget the face. What about you? That which makes you. Don't you still stick to mirror images and the pictures your folks paint to you, about you? You can't see your face, agreed. But your soul, my friend? A broken mirror shows your distorted image. But bare thy soul to a broken heart, you see a distorted reality. A broken token of the self. #napowrimo #mirror
