खिल रहा था गुलाब, आंगन में मेरे जब लोग बहुत आए उसे देखने तब। कुछ ने चाहा तोड़ना, कुछ ने की बड़ाई कुछ ने खुशबू का आनंद लिया, कुछ ने मेरी हंसी उड़ाई। वक़्त लगा थोड़ा सा मेरा मजाक बनाने में, पर मैं तो लगा था अपनी, बनावटी हंसी के पीछे के दुख छुपाने में। आंख भर आई मेरी सब के जाने पे, अब फिर से हो गया था अकेला अपने घराने में। कुछ लोग आते रहे, अपनी-अपनी बात सुनते रहे। अब समय नजदीक था, गुलाब के मुरझाने का मेरा भी दिल कर रहा था, गुलाब के साथ जाने का। ©Mukesh kr Suthar #Roses are #red #Voilets are #blue oh my #Death #where #are #you... #roseday

वक़्त लगा थोड़ा सा मेरा मजाक बनाने में,
पर मैं तो लगा था अपनी,
बनावटी हंसी के पीछे के दुख छुपाने में।

आंख भर आई मेरी सब के जाने पे,
अब फिर से हो गया था अकेला अपने घराने में।

कुछ लोग आते रहे,
अपनी-अपनी बात सुनते रहे।
