Dear Food, I want to start by acknowledging the value you bring into my life. I respect the nourishment and energy you provide. However, I must admit that there are certain foods I find unappealing and cannot enjoy, despite your benefits. My body rejects some of you, which makes it challenging to consume what I don’t like. My mother, a PhD holder and an exceptional homemaker, has taught me the importance of not wasting food. I strive to honor her teachings by minimizing waste and making mindful choices. Yet, balancing this with my personal preferences is sometimes difficult. Thank you for understanding my perspective and for the role you play in my life.
