सब कुछ होने के बाद भी लोग suicide कर लेते हैं।depression की बहुत सारी वज़ह होती हैं। पर suicide इंसान तब करता है। जब वो बोलना तो बहुत कुछ चाहता है। पर उसे सुनने वाला कोई नहीं होता। जब कोई सुनता नहीं है। तब लगता है कि हमें कोई समझता नहीं है। जब कोई समझता नहीं है तब लगता है किसीको हमारी जरूरत नहीं है। तब उसके दिमाग़ में suicide का ख्याल आता है। उस ख़्याल के बाद भी उसे लगता है । वो किसी को बताएं। उसके बाद भी जब कोई उसे नहीं सुनता या उसे लगता है कि कोई उसे नहीं समझेगा। तब वो suicide करता है। जब किसी की call आए या किसी का message आए। तब एक बार waqt निकाल कर उससे बात कर लेना यारों। हो सकता है वो उसका आख़िरी call हो या message। और अपने family members से भी पूछ लिया करो। की सब ठीक है। वरना ये ही सोचते रह जाओगे की suicide keu किया। ©Renu Malia why people committed suicide

Today is world suicide prevention day and my feelings are really strong when it comes to the topic of suicide. To begin with I have a question is that why does one try to commit suicide? It is an attempt to end this precious life and the big question is that why am I calling life as precious. Life has got pain in it, tears and even darkness it has got. An attempt of ending life is based on tendency of finishing everything which one has. It also means that one is cutting themselves off from this world in a cruel manner. When one is ending life of self it basically means that one is trying to punish oneself for a reason. Depression is one basic reason behind the attempt of suicide because one loses hope and gets tired of this daily cycle. Life can sometimes be boring and it makes one feel as if what is the reason behind living alive for so long? Something, which one has to remember is that nothing is waste of time. Everything which we do does create some meaning in our life so we should value it by living it, without caring about the challenges.
