#OpenPoetry 6 ...then I remembered the day when I had pushed a boy in the morning while prayer, and he was about to complain to the teacher when you jumped in and requested him not to do so. Even you said sorry to him on behalf of me. Since that moment I had respect for you. Well, it all happened when I didn't know you. But when our sections got together sometimes I started knowing you. With all these thoughts in my mind I shut my eyes to sleep that night. In a few seconds my eyes got opened suddenly and a radiant feeling pinched me and winked at me as if that feeling was trying to press the bell of my heart for you. And undoubtedly, it succeeded. I began cherishing feelings for you, but decided not to let you know this until you speak your heart out to me. And today became the day when you spoke it. So, I also want you to know that...that... #OpenPoetry 5 and looked on the ground. I could see her eyes moving here and there. I was a bit afraid after telling her everything. It would not be surprising for me if she would slap me as I knew this could happen and I was ready for that. I just wanted my feelings not to die within me. I wanted the person to know who it belonged to. And I don't think I made any mistake. After a few minutes, she broke the ice. "You know what? I will miss you. Not because you said those beautiful things which any girl would want to hear from a guy, but because the guy had gathered the effort to tell me this. And I really liked what you just said. I knew that you had feelings for me, because your best friend told me. yes, once your best friend told this to me when he was asked to tell your secret in truth and dare game. As everyone heard this that you had crush on me, they started hooting. I also felt shy and that night I thought about you only. By and by that night I came up to a conclusion that my heart started liking you. #OpenPoetry 4 I said - "The day I encountered with you in my class was the day I felt my heart strolling around you. There started being only one place where I wanted to see each minute of my this teenage life, and that was your face. I wanted to be enrolled in your section and for that I had fought a lot of bad guys in my class without any reason and wrote a letter to principal to change my section and put me in "A" which was yours. But it couldn't happen. Sometimes we don't get what we desire in life. I know it is too much for a boy to say who is in school yet, but isn't it true that love doesn't happen comparing the age. Something started flourishing in me for you the day you talked to me first. It was splendid to have you sitting next to me on the same bench. Today you say you are leaving this state tomorrow, so you know how I am feeling. I am feeling lonely even when you are here right now. Because i know you won't be with me tomorrow. So, here is the thing... I have to tell you that..that....I love you. I love you so very much that i can't think myself without you. I can't stop you so I thought to tell you this." #OpenPoetry 7 "....but our love is impossible to take another step ahead. Because I don't even have any idea whether I would be back or not." She said. "But I can come to you." I said. "No, you can't. We are kids. You are just 17, too young to be allowed to go another state, and that too from Delhi to Mumbai. You can't travel alone." She said. Then her bus blew a horn. After seeing the bus she said," I must go now as the next one is after 2 hours." She stood up and I too. She took the empty packet of chocolate from my hand and put it in her bag saying she would throw it. She started moving ahead. I wanted to stop her but couldn't. I was helpless. All of a sudden she hugged me and said, "I have your money. Find me one day if you can and take your money back." And she started sobbing. I caressed her head and said, "I will definitely do that. I won't let my money go away that easily." "I will wait for that day." She said and unblocked herself from me and moved to the bus. #OpenPoetry 3 but still I mustered the courage and said "So it was your last day?" She replied,"Hmm." Sometimes when you have nothing left to say you make this 'Hmm' sound. It helps you escape the situation. "When will you come back?" I asked with humid eyes. "Maybe never," was her reply. Now, it felt like the world was just about to vanish somewhere and I was so much afraid that i wanted her to be with me and hold my hand tight and not let me go away but it was what i was thinking to happen, in reality she was going away from me. Then her bus arrived, but she left the bus to spend some more time with me. As the core of my heart knew she would be away from me, perhaps forever, i decided to tell her everything that i had in my heart for her. I kept my bag aside and turned toward her. Gathering all the effort i put her hand in mine and said,"I have to tell you something." She kept on looking at my this hand touching reaction and knitted some lines on her forehead in confusion. #OpenPoetry 2 I wished her and extended my hand to shake. She shook my hand and we both sat down. I dug my bag to find money to give it to her. I got some and gave that to her. Saying thanks she put her hand in her bag and took out a small packet of chocolate and gave that to me. it was a small chocolate party from her side on her birthday. I shared the chocolate with her. Firstly she denied saying it was all for me, but as i forced her she took a bite. ....Silence.... Then after two minutes i took a side glance of her. she was doing something with the zip of her bag but her mind was lost somewhere else. "Is everything all right?" i aksed. she looked at me and nodded. "Why are you sad then?" i asked. "My family is moving to another state tomorrow." She replied. As i heard that my heart got chipped. I became restless.
