For a few
Life is not a race
Not running in a haste
For an image
Life is a journey
Sitting with an erect spine
Closing ears and eyes
Organs of senses
Calming the body, mind
One moves along the spine
Raising his consciousness
From mundane to the sacred
From poison to the elixir
Feeling the subtle vibrations
Deep inside

For a few
Life is listening to the beats
