THE ALBUM A booklet full of photographs, Memories to be precise. Holds treasure of the hours, Even a single minute of life. A craziness gets captured, With some 'not ready to pose' portrait. But the fun commences, While longing for those, to get imprinted. Arrival of the album, With number of photos stuck within it. Seems like a bunch of merry moments, Got unlocked swiftly, as the cover was flipped. Once a snapshot is taken, That particular second gets locked. Erasing that piece of hour, Was neither possible then, nor was thought of. As the time passed by, Mobile's gallery, computer's folder, Replaced the craze of an album. Now deleting a moment, is one swipe away, Depending on the angle, the picture is taken. But still now, When an old album is brought out, A nostalgia strike hard. The time, the people, the ease, the comfort, that seemed so near once, Now when looked back, seems that far.
