HOPE And now that we step into that dawn which has longed for our presence ever since we were stuck in a state of utter confusion with a tinge of bitter truth, let’s start to gaze at the ray of hope. Survival has transformed from a frolicsome merry-go-round to a defective roller coaster ride ever since 2020 came along. So many hearts broken, so many metaphors misconceived, so many lives lost, so many drops spilt. But the fact that we haven’t given up yet matters after all. These small things in life matter, and it’s the hope that keeps us alive. So, let us hope again. Hope to go back to school, to travel the world again, to hold hands again, to stand together again, to hug again, to love again, to live again. Let us bleed all our sorrows for one last time, before we wipe our tears away for good. A day always has its dawn and dusk. So, look back at the good old days and shed a tear. Wear that smile, like you wear your favourite attire. Hope, to smile again. Happy New Year! Firstly, here's wishing everybody a very happy 2021.
