THE DARLING BUDS Buds're beauty's secret locus. Like a sleeping baby's eyes, Buds sleep with their potential By being in a high vigil Buds bud, bloom & blossom By spreading floral perfume. Gifts in human rest Like seeds in dormancy rest. Miss no opportunity The seeds to sprout vibrantly. So does darling buds in spring, They rejoice and sing. Rest is good as food, And a meditating hood To cover one with truth And grip of wisdom's strength. Instead of smelling up, One's mind must be opened up, Like darling buds, to spread aroma So, one doesn't end in dilemma.
