Emotions drive us. They justify our existence as a living being. The lives we live are very much influenced by the decisions we make. And the decisions made hugely depend on one's emotional literacy, strength and state of mental health. A calm and emotionally unbiased mind tends to make the best of decisions. Unaltered states of minds are very rare to find in this world full of illusions. Emotions tend to take charge when it comes to decision making, only when we have little or merely no control on our thoughts. "Do not make promises when you are too happy and decisions when you are too sad." In both situations, our emotions overpower us and we often take prompt but more of casual decisions. At times, emotional decisions find us freedom, stability, glory, strength and better version of ourselves whereas at times, they suppress our decision making ability, confidence and gift us with depression and loneliness too. Learning to handle mood swings and emotional stability would always prove fruitful in decision making ability in us.
