I am new to this school That's why I'm writing about my class to you Come and take a journey with me In short I'll give a glimpse of my class and me In my class I like everyone From roll no 1 do thirty one From blackboard leaders to class cleaners From frost benchers to last bench owners Every girl is unique, noone is same Some are dancing, some fighting in vain Some stay on door to tell if teacher is coming Some are silently planning on bunking The most fun is in the recess When you can taste everyone's food Without tasting what your mom's packed for you From dosa do chappati, everything is in stock Full time we laugh, we shout, we talk Our class leader keep begging us to stop All teachers say we make a lot of noise Till the HOS reaches our voice Anyways, however is it, it's my class And I am happy and proud to be its part It's X-M my class #classroom #classroomthoughts #oldpoems #20years

I loosen my grip, I let you go You're free, my love All my fears, I overcome All my tear, now numb I let you go, cuz I know one day You'll find your destination The wind will sway, you'll find your way As you reach the heights you want But believe me, when you look around You'll find me waiting In the same aisle that you left me The distance would age the youth But the spirit never die With our song of love on my lips, I'll stand by Humming the rhythm of that love Out of sight and blue My strength withers without you Hair receding, face wrinkled, eyes lit with hope I still get the tings and hues of pink When I think about you Lonely now, my heart beholds, what remains untouched Dwelling in a cocoon, I find my moon, In your memories I finally see myself, the little girl filled with cheer Who let go of her heart shaped baloon Without any fear Heart shaped balloon #archives #oldpoems #poetryforthesoul #balloon
