Crickets chirping Some crickets are chirping Some crickets are flirting Other crickets are alerting And a few just observing In unison many cry to the night Simultaneously as I sit and type Earlier they were in a big hype Frantically buzzing up their vibe All around me that eerie sound Like a horror movie with surround For hours the crickets get so wound Sometimes the noise is so profound I am getting bitten by mosquitoes I'm not very fond of them fellows If I get itchy I will feel such sorrow So I'll end this now and say chow ©Schizology Crickets chirping #crickets #poem✍🧡🧡💛 #Nature

August 5th 11:12 pm The crickets are noisy tonight They chirp back and forth Do they know its almost midnight? The loud sounds they should abort I remember one night years ago A cricket came inside my bedroom Woke me up at three in the morning It chirped like it was a playroom I heard it for an hour or two So loud it echoed in the ears I couldn't sleep for that time Not until the sound disappeared A few days later I had seen it I opened the window up a bit Pushed it toward the bottom It crawled out, the end of it Crickets are annoying to some Some find them very relaxing They can keep you up for hours Or they will have others napping ©Schizology August 5th 11:12 pm #august #poem #crickets
