Sometimes, our expectations of what others are capable of is what stops them from pursuing their dreams. Sometimes, our expectations of what they can achieve is not what they want to achieve; and as a result, we end up creating a distraction that prevents them from going after what matters to them. And to make things worse, we assume that they are lazy just because they’re not doing what we expect them to be able to do. That needs to stop.
