will soon fade its dignity. Like a flower when bloom, once get praise, But as its beauty withers, indeed no one gaze. We look our love in materialistic things, But they are just a momentary feelings. Spiritual beauty is a true love, Never forced which comes from above. Never fades, never retires This is a true beauty which one desire. I feel truly at peace when the world falls still, When nature sings softly, and time seems to stand still. When I'm lost in a book, or creating something new, When I'm surrounded by love, and the sky is a perfect blue. I feel truly at peace when I can be myself, When I can dance like nobody's watching, and sing like an elf. When I can let go of worries, and just breathe in the air, When I can be present in the moment, without a single care. I feel truly at peace when I connect with my soul, When I listen to my heart, and let it take control. When I follow my passion, and live with purpose and light, When I spread love and kindness, and make someone's day bright. In those moments of peace, my heart feels complete, And I know that I'm right where I'm meant to be. For in those moments, I'm filled with joy and harmony, And I'm grateful for this life and all that I can see. ©Anannya Choudhury #FindingSerenity: A Poem on the Beauty of Inner Peace #poetrymonth
