Good Morning Wishes Ramadan River You fulsh into my waters all your unholy things And then you call me Ramadan You let me rot in your piss and faeces While your houses and Mosques are clean For your pseudo-chants: Allah! Allah! Allah, sees it all How your dirt chokes the flow of life in my waters No light for the life inside me But your city shines in the bright lights The clean and colourful towers rise Everytime, the Muazzin's call ascends from the holy minarets of the mosque Something holy shrugs into my darkness in fear, at the same time And as the sinners go to attend the parayers Carrying their pseudo-devotion to pay A little child calls out to his father Look!
