White अक्सर हमारी ज़िंदगी में या हमारे आस-पास मौजूद लोगों को ख़ुश रखने के लिए हमें ज़्यादा कुछ नहीं करना पड़ता, बस उन लोगों को सुनना पड़ता है, बहुत ध्यान से, बहुत ग़ौर से। हो सकता है कि उनकी बातें हमें फ़िज़ूल लगे या फ़िर सिर्फ़ बक-बक लगे, लेकिन उनके लिए ये उनके दिल की बातें होती हैं,उनके जज़्बात होते हैं। कितने ही लोग ऐसे होते हैं कि जिन के पास उनकी बातें ग़ौर से सुनने वाला कोई होता ही नहीं, वो ढूॅंढते हैं ऐसे लोग जो बस उन्हें ख़ामोशी से सुने , भले ही उन्हें समझ ना सके लेकिन उन्हें judge किए बिना सिर्फ़ सुन लें। इसलिए अगर आप पर यक़ीन कर के, आप को भी कोई अपने दिल की बातें सुनाना चाहता हो तो उस इंसान को बस ख़ामोशी से सुन लिया कीजिए, उसे समझना ना समझना ये बाद की बात है लेकिन समझने के लिए भी पहले सुन लेना ज़रूरी है। ये हरगिज़ ज़रूरी नहीं कि आप उनकी हर उम्मीद को पूरा कर दे, लेकिन आप उन लोगों को गौर से,दिल से सुन तो सकते हैं । क्या पता की शायद किसी के दिल का बोझ हल्का करने का, किसी के दिल को सुकून देने का ज़रिया आप बन जाए । लेकिन आप को ये भी पता होना चाहिए कि आप को कहाॅं रुक जाना चाहिए। "Listening is also a therapy and we all search for a good listener without being judgemental towards us, so be a good listener for others, maybe you too will get one for yourself." #bas yunhi ....... ©Sh@kila Niy@z #basekkhayaal #basyunhi #Zindagi #Log #rishte #Listener #Therapy #nojotohindi #Quotes #20Jan
