*It is forbidden to present one's need or desire to a grave of a prophet, pious man etc or to beseech before them. Abdullah Bin Masud (R.A) reports,that the Messenger of Allah said,"Whosoever calls anyone except Allah, taking him his partner,and dies in the same condition will enter Hell."(Bukhari) #Grave

*It is permissible to visit the grave with an intention to commemorate the Hereafter,and to create disinclination towards worldly affairs. Buraidah (R.A) reports,that the Messenger of Allah said,"I had forbidden you to visit the graves.Now that I have been granted permission from Allah to visit my mother's grave,you may also visit the graves as it reminds the Hereafter.(Tirmidhi) Abu Saeed Al Khidri(R.A), reports that the Messenger of Allah said,"I used to forbid you to visit the graves,but now you may visit them ,as there is a source of lesson in it,and behold!Do not let anything that may annoy your Lord,slip from your tongue."(Ahmad/Hakim) #Grave
