Our secrets Don't tell anyone but her secrets swirl, Secrets piled up since her birth, Layers on layers like marble on river bed, Some fluid, Some solid all mixed up. On bad days, whirlpools churn around, Like tempest in deep sea, or in doldrums, All secrets, painful and ecstatic for her, Vortex leading to her tender heart. Prithee my dear, don't torment yourself, Spill it to me, so would I, My secrets, Liberated by our confessions, free we are, Hearts and minds redeemed will rejoice. There's a million times you raised your delicate hands , Emanating a unheard message against hegemony. Too many flowers have been plucked Midway through their lifespan. To the many WHY' S you had calmed the pricky questions By taking solace in weaving stories About the evanescent dawn ,noon and dusk. And when the night spread her blanket you could feel a uncomfortable shroud slowly gulping you. In silence, You could only see one word.... Unwilling submission, Unwanted surrenderance .
