Because when he had told his father that he no more wants to continue engineering, his father reminded him of burden that he carried for his son to complete the engineering and he unwillingly had to continue engineering. Observe the little things he does. The way he gets cautious when he laughs because he thinks his laughter is being too loud and the way he often doubts his reactions because he thinks he is being too emotional, there are stories behind them that you must underscore. There are times when he would be happy for no reason. There are times when he would be mad at you & break you into tears for some reasons which you won’t understand. Both of these shades are just waves in the oceans he carries inside him.
