I told someone that loves me, If I could turn back the clock And go back in time to Apologize to every boy that Loved me before, before now I would be so glad and I would I would apologize, not for returning The love they so helplessly had But for making them feel that The love, that pure, true, fresh love They had for the old me was anything Less than that, that I was too good or Probably beyond such a love like that Would you forgive me, for letting you Feel that something was wrong With your being, with your words The words you carefully chose To express such love to me Maybe I never told you all How brave you were, for freeing Feelings you had bottled inside For that is something the old me Could never even think of doing In the way I rejected your love If it made you feel not worthy If it made you feel less human It might all be in the past, before now Although the word sorry could never Magically erase that undeserving feeling Maybe it could magically remind you That you were always enough and still are To all the boys that loved me before This poem is for you and me We found love again, in ourselves With someone that was made just for us So cheers to us, cheers to love and more @nsoul.poetry #ToAllTheBoysThatLovedMe
