Teenage was just on the cusp and here she was there in all her glory. My arts teacher was the one thing that I won't forget from when I was in the sixth standard. But what really took the cake was an incident involving my class teacher who used to paste gold and silver stars, on our assignments, she painstakingly used to make herself. She married a student of class 12th of our school. There was a lot of brouhaha over this incident but still the school management didn't sack her. Class sixth was memorable indeed. I have joined new school and hostel in Varanasi. I met with so many new friends and new teachers, new place living in hostel in era of 90’s has many new experinces in my life, the time which I were passed at that time was very though time for me living alone without my family memebers. I got know about the caste system first time in my life and literally I were like that we all are divided?, We have to face a lot of types of discriminations,? Is it strengthens our society? Or society is suffering from caste discrimitation? I admitted in the Govt. Girls school from a private co-ed school. After that, the boys for me were like Black cat ( Kali Billi). जल्दी कोई दिखता ही नहीं,‌ और‌ अगर कहीं ‌दिख भी‌ जाये‌ तो चुपचाप निकल लो या फिर रास्ता बदल लो। And literally I also don't like cat. मतलब दूर से ही सब अच्छे हैं 😊 वैसे cat से याद आया, do you know that cat is going to extinct. They are fall in the endangered species. मुझे तो यही लगता था कि लड़को को कोई नहीं पढ़ाता, सब उनसे काम करवाते हैं, क्योंकि चाहे वो खेत खलियान हो या कोई ढाबा लड़के ही दिखते थे मेरी उम्र के, हां अब कई लोग कहेंगे child labour है ये, लेकिन जब जिम्मेदारी जोर जोर से चिल्लाने लगे तो कच्ची उम्र में रोजगार ढूंढना‌ पड़ता है, यह पहली बार था जब लड़को को लेकर मेरे अंदर सहानुभूति जागी। #childlabour #girlsschool, #cat, #boys, #coed Welcome to the Day 17 of #MeMoWriMo or the Memoir Writing Month. i.e. July.
