Webinar on :- Cure of depression in this pandemic. Date :- 18th july 2020 Time :- 5:00 PM Host :- Tanya Mohanty More 10 minutes to go for the speech. I was making myself ready for the webinar and to interact with the people. The clock struck 5:00. By patting my cheeks, I sat on the chair infront of my laptop to start the conference. All the people were joining slowly to the meeting room. Checking my network connection and correcting my camera I started... _______________________________________ Good evening! And thanks for being here everyone. You know, if this would have been a normal seminar or speech especially not in this pandemic situation... then I would have asked, "how's everyone doing." It would be a funny kind of thing if I ask this now (laughs). Though I know everyone's situation, I won't ask (laughingly says). Okay! before coming to the topic let's hope for a better network through out the conference and hope there will be no error in the system like COVID -19 in our life. Oh! We are getting into the topic. Before that I would request all to mute your mics for smooth functioning. I know there are problems, there are solutions too but this problem seems a bit twisted. Right (questioning to the people) ? So is it like that, forever we are going to be trapped in this problem? Ofcourse no. There is a way and we are finding that way to escape out. (Indicating and saying to the people) Hey! People, why are you so sad, I can only see sad faces. Let your smiles to fly. It's not a matter between you and me, it's a matter of world. Will your upset can bring everything to correct place. If it would bring, then I would recommend you all to be upset. But it won't bring. (Indicating to the people) Yes, I need these kind of happy faces. Keep smiling through out the year. You know, happiness can heal any problem or disease in life. But being happy is very difficult. Yes, it's difficult. I would have said, " stay happy and stay healthy in this pandemic. " but I can't. Because I cannot make myself happy then how can I recommend others... In this situation we are facing financial problems, we are depressed, so and so... Whatever you are facing I'm also facing the same. But after doing some experiments, I have come up with some good ideas . Okay! Let me share. Whenever you don't feel good just come out of your house but not beyond the boundary remember! And just feel and observe the nature, the birds, the animals and try to interact with them, not exactly conversating. And try to do gardening, if there is not much space near your house then you can go for your terrace. Hope you understand what I am actually trying to say.
