Just go out. It can be morning, evening or afternoon. But sitting still in our room, doing nothing won't help resolve issues. I am not saying that merely going out will help. But it will be a start. We will touch light, people, vibrance of culture and society. They need not always be bringers of comparison and hence despair. Socialising really does help. Our world just expands a little. Breathing in room to spread our sorrow, frustration and joy as well. Due to the pandemic, this activity had become impossible. Now it is possible and we can spread our wings while also abiding to security measures. And yes, hanging out solo IS underrated.
