Leaving this place, Physically and emotionally, Saddens me. This place - Where I laid my heart open And my dreams to be fulfilled. Those days seemed to be a faraway fantasy now. Leaving this place, I will not forget how much i've grown. This place has moulded me, From the innocent little girl with the two pony tails To a matured woman with a character of grace. Leaving this place, Reminds me how materialism overpowers everything. It makes me sick - knowing that genuine humans are rare to find. This place robbed me of my dreams, My aspirations of a decade. This place taught me, To not be comfortable with something for too long Because one day, You will have to survive - Survive enduring the pain of all your loss, just because everything is temporary. Leaving this place, I will not get to see my friends as often. Who will encourage me? Who will make me laugh louder? Who is going to stick by me in every part of the way? I believe none. It is the only way to survive. Don't let people enter your life anymore because grieving the loss of them is too much to bear.
