Support my students to learn new skills(both academic and life) and achieve their goals. I would help them with their learning issues and help overcome them. These were my thoughts as a B'ED trainee and I have have been fulfilling them. Worked as volunteer for an NGO school for five years, helped a number of Korean students in the past, software professionals recently. Presently, I am tutoring kids online. Who inculcated discipline and courage in me was my grade 5 class teacher.
