#NaPoWriMo Broken wind chimes in my throat that sway as I speak, tonight, albeit making broken sounds. The winds can never contain. All they ever know is to carry. Unlike the chimes that sway, which neither contain nor carry, but merely sway into each other. The words I speak therefore, are but broken tunes of a chime. But the words I write, my friend, are my broken verses of a rhyme. Unlike the chimes, my verses rhyme not with each other, but with what you want to see. My broken verses make not shambles of a broken mirror, and thereby, not a broken image. My verses are broken because I'd like for you to read between those shards and fill em up with what you want to see, not what I want you to see. I shall not speak because the broken tunes of my chimes shall speak of me and not you. I shall only write because my broken verses can hold you unlike my broken spoken words. Broken verses speak louder than broken chimes. #napowrimo #brokenwindchimes

There are broken wind chimes in my throat I could hear I could see And I could feel But words in my heart couldn’t find A way to be revealed There exist verses of unsung poems Tangled in between conflicting thoughts The sound of broken promises silencing all my hopes and dreams The agony in your voice seemed choking my vocal chords to extreme Just like there are broken wind chimes in my throat and I try to scream I struggle to mend them to hear a melody again But, fear engulfs me For the nightmares waiting for me at the doorsteps Chasing me all night, I scuffle but I fail, again #brokenwindchimes #yqcollab

like the silence before all consuming storm awaiting a moment of weakness when the dimension of heart can hold no more and is on the verge of breaking like the waves on the shore; like a calm tear settled at the waterline of eyes waiting to tear off the mask tear by tear, laying bare the feelings that screech in lonely deserted nights; like a long pause difficult to be deciphered every word shared and promises made tend to lose it's meaning over time several questions then arises in an anxious stupid heart but remain unasked, unanswered; that's how the anatomy of heartbreak feels ~ a broken wind chime in my throat that chimes louder in pain whenever i call your name #yqbaba #anatomyofheartbreak #brokenwindchimes #yqmuse #napowrimo #napowrimoday24
