Of course Silence hovers around, settling into the corners and crevasses, impatient because it has been sidelined. Waiting, waiting to take over its domain. Silence is an old friend, here with me watching time going by. We don't talk, but understand each other fully, ruminating on life, people, as I count the breaths away from my existence under its quizzical stare. Strangely we concur too.
