White The woodpecker came in sight
After years of living,
Between two tall trees,
He just kept on bouncing

Gentle and soft wood,
He didn't want
He flew to a window
Old, lifeless and gaunt

He pecked once,
No-one opened
He pecked twice,
The page did not turn

He peeked inside,
There didn't live anyone
He sat for few minutes
As if waiting for someone

How heart melting was this!
Alas! No-one witnessed
It'll forever be a mystery,
This emotions he expressed.

माँ के लिए मैं क्या लिखूं,
माँ ने तो खुद मुझे लिखा है..

माँ से छोटा कोई शब्द हो तो बताओ,
माँ से बड़ा भी कोई हो तो बताओ..

लोग कहते हैं आज माँ का दिन है,
वो कौन सा दिन है जो माँ के बिन है..

मौत के लिए तो बहुत रास्ते हैं,
पर जन्म लेने के लिए केवल माँ ही है..!!

Dear Mother

Dear Mother , up in heaven
We miss you here very much
We know you are watching over us
We all miss your loving touch

Mother's day is tomorrow
It's not the same any more
Without your voice around now
Our hearts have all been tore

Dear Mother , now gone away
We love you deeply forever
We cherish our memories of you
You will always be remembered

#SaferMotherHoodDay कहीं आधी रात को गूँज उठी किलकारी, और आँखों से बह गई अश्रुधारा; उन आँसुओं में भरा था मातृप्रेम, उस स्नेह से उत्पन्न हुआ एक शिशु प्यारा। वो अब भूख को अपनाना सीखेगी, उस शिशु के लिए तो यही ज़रूरी है; कहीं जल ना उठे उस बच्चे की आत्मा, इसलिए उस माँ का तपना ज़रूरी है। वो बच्चा अब चलना चाहता है, सो माँ ने उसके पैरों तले फूल दिए; वो जिस पथ पर पग बढ़ाता है, माँ ने उस पथ के सभी शूल लिए। उसने परिपक्वता की पराकाष्ठा देख ली अब, वो खुश है, भले ही स्वप्नहीन सही; वो बच्चा अब युवक हो चला है, माँ तो उसी के सपनों में लीन सही। अभी उस माँ का कार्य बाकी है, अपनी कोख को मजबूत बनाना है; वो युवक चला जब संसार बसाने, तब ये सूर्य चंद्रमा उसके इंतज़ार में बिताना है। युवक लौटा तो खिलखिलाया हुआ था, आखिर अपने ख्वाबों को सच कर लौटा है; उस माँ को देखकर हैरान रह गया, जिस देवी का वो बेटा है। वो कोमल हर्षित देह, जिसे वो जानता था, वो शरीर अब शाम में ढलने को है; उसकी आत्मा मुस्काती है, (अपने बच्चे को देखकर) और अब वो देह सामने जलने को है। उस शक्ति का कार्य संपन्न हुआ, जिसने त्याग में बिताया जीवन सारा; वो बच्चा जब रखता है उसे अग्नि के गर्भ में, तब उसके आँखों से बह गई, "अश्रुधारा"। ©Deepanshu #alone #life #lifequotes #lifelessons #lifequote #lovelife #poem #poetry #Mother #motherlove
