Do you remember the first time we met? Wasn't it a plain coincidence and from there onwards we became the best of friends. Friends as close as our fingers clasped into each other. Now Suddenly when we have drifted apart it seems surreal like a dream which we got to experience. I could have mentioned your name but am afraid to do so. Was this fate, was this a temporary emotional ride or did we just got bored of each other? Questions remain... without you answering it.. I want to write love letters I want to write poetry that you cannot help but memorize and utter and your tongue ends up having more life than your breath you speak my love

I am trying to understand the goo goo gaa gaa of a child. If a child can understand and follow and emulate an adult within a few years why can't we adults, with our advanced knowledge, understand the goo gaa of a child. I don't know if i make sense but i have been apologizing to the ants for blocking their path I've been waving at the clouds, screaming on top of my lungs, "BYE." I offered a vendor water and he gave me wisdom, "Don't be too kind to people, they'll take you for granted." I don't know if i make sense but I held an orphaned baby bird and told a story about love I told the dogs who howl at night to SHUT THE F**K UP and they didn't bark at me I thanked my food for not spoiling this summer I don't kn

fanatics in the garb of politicians, religious leaders, journalists and businessmen would openly bay for blood. Our great nation would be relegated to a position of disgrace. I kept on warning others, praying for some sense, but all forgot the history of Nazis and were like rats following the pied piper. I was afraid this day would come when poetry leaves me because love found me I'm yet to write an eulogy for my dead grandmother, as if she's not dead I'm yet to write an eulogy for the senses I'm losing as if my ears were a pair of socks and I lost one, I'm yet to write an eulogy for a past that's fading,
